Does increasing the fee level actually increase sales?

I have been on Bonanza for several years and am locked at a 16% commission rate. Has anyone had any success with the higher commission rates 19% or 30%?

How to list multiple items with at least 2 purchase choices on one listing?

Interested in listing multiples items with something in common on one listing and give the buyer the ability to select at least 2 choices. For [URL removed] quantity in addition to some sort of identifier.
