I have been on Bonanza for several years and am locked at a 16% commission rate. Has anyone had any success with the higher commission rates 19% or 30%?

There are a few things to consider..
Increasing the percentage gives your items more possible ad clicks….so
Are customers going to find your items on ebay, amazon or etsy, if so then the extra ad clicks are probably not going to help much as the buyers are going directly to these sites and not bother doing google searches for the items
If you have buyers on one of the other sites, drop a note and/or coupon with the packing slip and let them know that your items are also on bonanza for less… (that is if you sell for less here)…give them a reason to search for you here and not there
Are your items unique, hard to find, scarce or in some other way in demand that searching google/bing elsewhere will be the best way to find them…if so…then a few extra ad clicks/or higher cost ad clicks (more desirable to affiliates) might help (no guarantee..if no one is looking then all the ad clicks probably won’t do much good)
Seasonal items increase % during the season they are more likely to be purchased..
Short term increase during holidays may/may not help..again depends on the items..
For the holiday season…If I thought my items would be good for sales at this time of the year..I would go with a turbo pack for volume to get as many ads out in as a short of time as possible…
otherwise go with value…which releases fewer ads over a longer period of time…
Good Luck

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
