I am considering opening a booth on Bonanza and would like to know how much control I have over my own customers

You have control over pretty much everything related to your booth…your policies, your customers and your money. Your customer’s emails are kept private (but that information can be viewed at the payment processer…ie if using paypal, then you have access to the customer’s information)
Bonanza will only step in when asked to by a customer after the customer has already tried to reach a seller and the seller does not answer, seller does not pay fees, or seller is obviously using bonanza for spam/scamming. Bonanza tries really hard not to interfer with your business…they provide the tools…the rest is up to you.
There is an option to sort your sales and have all information sent to you as a cvs.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
