It’s slow selling on this site. I’ve been on here 13 years and sales have never been great. I’ve never found their paid advertising or subscriptions to be of any help. You can link to an eBay account and sell in both places.

Hello bonzuser_ojhlv,

Thanks for your question. We appreciate your concerns regarding this matter, but it is an involved question that can have many facets to it and I fear that the community forum isn’t the best place to delve into all of your account specific details.

If you contact our support team using the “Help” drop down menu at the top of any Bonanza page, or send us an email to [email protected]. We will be more than happy to take a look at your account and provide you with all the advice that we have on this topic.

Thanks!

How come the link at the bottom of you website for Facebook directs me to a page saying “this content is unavailable at the moment” It’s been like that for the longest time. I’ll be lucky if I sell a magnet once every 5 months. Is your site real?

Here is one thing I’ve noticed…

In your listings it says this…

“Shipping and Returns
We offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your shoes to you as soon as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our shop policies for information on returns and exchanges.”

Reading that you allow returns and exchanges makes me feel more secure on a high priced item. But then when I go to look for the return policy on this, it is not listed anywhere, which I know can be confusing on where to put it on Bonanza in the first place. You can put it under your Booth Details page and just give it a heading that says “Returns and Exchange Policy” or something like that.
And what I would do is create a link in your description where you make mention of the returns/exchanges. This way a shopper does not have to go looking for the link on how to get to it. While outside links from our booth are weird, inside links directly within our booths work just fine. If you need help on doing a link in your description just post the question.

In order to edit the booth details page do the following…

Select Booth Settings from the Selling drop down in the upper left corner of your screen. You’ll then see and Overview box. I titled this box as “About My Store” and then this is where I listed my return policy among other things like describing what I carry, etc, etc.

Next up, from the same page that the overview box is, select Shipping and Returns.
For the shipping box I put domestic and international information in there.
For the returns dropdown, I chose See Booth/item description for details.

When looking in Google shopping on the listings I checked for, you are in there and same goes for Google organic but you come up when I use the exact title. There’s a lot of competition in there. Look and see how others have done their titles to get some ideas and possibly making your listings more keyword rich than theirs. Not sure how but take a look to be different from them at least somewhat.
