Who's who...?

noticing a lot of sellers mentioning they never received any new fees emails..

i wonder how many sellers on here didn’t get either email nor have logged into this seller forum & are 100% in the dark about the new fee structure & item listing fees, only to get smacked with a higher percentage FVF fee & an $20.00 extra fee on their bill for May……
probably a pretty lucrative bet if 70-90% of sellers aren’t even aware or paying attention…

the real impact will begin next month when all sellers realize what is going on & the mass exodus occurs.

thoughts…?

I’m Me ? Yes if many did not have email notifications set in account settings they probably did not get notified. Yes it will be a $ shock for new fee’s

I was thinking the same.

Well, to be honest, if those ‘sellers’ are seriously not paying any attention to what is happening on the platforms they sell thru then those are definitely the ones we just do not need here. Running a business takes much more than simply listing and forgetting. Must have great sellers to keep the customers that do shop here happy and returning. Can’t really sugar coat that.

so, in your view, NOT getting notified of changes to a platforms fee structure you sell on means you aren’t worth being a seller on here… interesting perspective. i only recently started coming to the sellers forum BECAUSE i got the emails, if i never got the emails, i would not know anything.

to expand… jsut because a seller was not notified, that does not mean they are a bad seller. it means they were not informed directly or given notice via the blog.
