Most fintech companies are using AI now to handle things that humans used to do. Basically it’s bots that are smart enough to handle the majority of what happens and leave the rest for the people.

I emailed them the other night and realized real quick it was AI replies.
Very fast, template, providing answers to things I did not ask about while avoiding the actual question.
It was insane I trolled it like 5 emails before just quitting cause it is AI and can’t answer simple questions.
