Bonanza is on autopilot. The help desk is now all AI driven, and if you get a response back at all, the response you get doesn’t help.
The site is still here just to collect fees from sellers. New, unknowing sellers keep joining every day, so even if those of us who have been here a while leave in droves, Bonanza will still get enough start-up booth fees and listing fees from hopeful newbies who try selling here until they too jump ship and another group of hopefuls join.

Honestly I don’t think it is a sinking ship. I am thinking that sites like Bonanza are just having to seriously change focus to stay afloat. Temu and Shein have eaten all online sellers alive. I don’t see the site going poof, but I believe that staffing has been scaled back a lot just because it’s a lot harder to operate in this environment now without a new business model. It’s not going to be for a lot of people.
