Tested and works. There?s 2 spots of sticker residue on the top, but it does not affect the functionality. On the pitcher top one of the side pieces broke off, but the other one is in tact so it still works and secures as it should. The filter basket needs a better cleaning. I was able to get the tea marks off very easily, but I did not have a good brush to get the inside clean. This tea on the outside came off very easily with a sponge and a toothbrush, but I just don?t have the right shape brush to clean the inside.
