We offer a fair and easy return policy. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving item as posted by the USPS delivery date. No returns accepted without RMA or without the Security Labels attached to the garment. We are happy to process your return as money back to your account. Once an RMA is issued, items must be shipped back with a tracking number within 1-2 days. Shipping fees are not refundable in either direction.

No items will be accepted without RMAs so you must contact us for an RMA # via Etsy messaging and for easy return instructions. Packages without RMAs are rejected at the warehouse at the buyer’s cost. Buyer pays return shipping in exact condition with any and all original tags and security labels attached. Items must be unaltered, unwashed, unworn and FREE of ANY PERFUMES, lotions or body spray scents from trying on. All of our items are shipped with a security label which must be attached and untampered with to ensure that the item was not used since your purchase. Items are NOT wearable with the security tag attached and are not removable without breaking seal. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
