The delay time is adjustable from 0 to 3 minutes. When power is off the energy will be discharged via a resistor on the board. The relay has rating of 250VAC, 1.2A. The board features integrated power transformer so user need only to input 220VAC and no external DC power supply is needed for the board. The function of this listing is the same is item 321746593997 with the addition of a small sealed power transformer on board. The sealed power transformer's condition was used. It was used in European communication equipment so it only has 220V input and is now reused on this board. The function of the transformer is fully tested before put onto the board.
