Item description

brand , pr neefrt egypt made in egypt raw. wood and stone size . 6520 cm 25.58 Inches We offer you one of the rarest pieces in Egypt, the axe of King Ahmose. We made it an exact copy of the real piece as made by the ancient Egyptians. For his hobby and love to own rare pieces This ax was carried out to commemorate the liberation of Egypt from the Hyksos. The blade is safe in stone and its handle is made of cedar wood completely covered in gold color and decorated with colors of the original. The colorful ax decoration on each side is divided into three chambers, all decorated with motifs referring to the expulsion of the Hyksos and the reunification of the country by Ahmose. The side shown here is decorated with the royal cartouche, a scene depicting the king killing an Asian enemy and a representation of the king as a griffin symbolizing the god of war Montu.
