SHIPPING POLICIES

-Cushion delivery times are typically within 3-5 business days, after the order has been completed. We Ship UPS Ground.
-Fabric samples are shipped First Class USPS standard mail (5-10 business days).
-Limit 10 sunbrella samples per order 20 annually per client.
-With the exception of fabric samples, we cannot ship to a PO box. Please provide a physical mailing address.
-Shipping costs apply to lower 48 US states only. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us with your ZIP code for a custom shipping quote.

Order Cancellation
To change or cancel your order: Message us right away during normal business hours. The time window before we order your materials are very short, but we’ll do our best to make any adjustments.
Fabric orders are considered cut merchandise and not all fabric brands accept returns.

Please note: Our credit card processor charges a refund fee of 3% on all cancelled orders. Cancelled orders that have not shipped yet will be refunded in full minus the 3% fee and materials ordered specific for that project.

Cancelations of order are accepted within 4 business days of order.
