I can easily turn the shaft by hand. This came out of long term Onan Corp long term surplus storage. New old stock, just long term storage neglect. Please study the pictures carefully. Pump was knocked around and improperly stored in these wooden crates with a bunch of other pumps all the while leaking out the factory test liquid still inside all the pumps. Moisture caused some of the steel parts to rust and get pitted. I have buffed it out the best I can. NOTICE that the threads on the shaft will need to be "chased" to clean them up. The pump was never submerged or anything like that so I show a picture of the top off looking inside. It's spotless. You see several dings in the body but everything works and the defects all seem to be mostly cosmetic. I have been selling these types of pumps for over 15 years and have had great reviews. NEW OLD STOCK It has been in storage for over 35 years. You will need to flush out the old factory test liquid and bench test before installation to prevent a bigger issue.
