It is an assembly line leftover that has never been installed in a vehicle. Excellent condition. Light blemishes, if any, from rubbing against other ones in a bin. A 6 month warranty is included, for your peace of mind. GM part number is unknown but it came from a bezel with part number 84743966. GM says that bezel can also be used in place of 84499492, 84692394, 84569059, and 86820217. Match one of these to your bezel part number to ensure compatibility with this switch module! Seriously!! You would use this if your buttons need replaced. (Defective, damaged, etc.) The cable to connect it to the screen is included. Mounting hardware is not included. (You should already have it.) Instructions for installation are not included. You shouldn't be attempting repairs/installs if you're not qualified. Why pay the same price for Used? Don't get gouged.
