The Robbins Scientific 404 Flexchem rotating oven is a large, benchtop unit for agitating and heating flasks, tubes, deep well plates in addition to Flexchem (I and II) products. The unit is comprised of a controller box with sensor input/output and shared AC power with its larger oven counterpart. This instrument provides end-over-end agitation with adjustable rotation speeds (2-30 rpm). A stable, uniform temperature is maintained within the chamber by rubber-sealed resistance heaters that surround the outside of the oven chamber providing a uniform inside temperature from ambient +5 to 99C.
