Vintage original 27x40 in. US single-sided one-sheet poster from the classic 1990's motion picture-themed comedy/drama biopic, CHAPLIN, released in 1992 by TriStar Pictures and directed by Richard Attenborough. Based upon the book, My Autobiography, by Charles Chaplin, this biopic goes from Chaplin's formative years in England to his highest successes in America, Chaplin's life, work, and loves are followed. While his screen characters were extremely hilarious, the man behind "The Little Tramp" was constantly haunted by a sense of loss. Unrestored and rolled as originally issued, this vintage original single-sided one-sheet is in very fine- condition with light signs of random wear along the top edge and some very small creases from handling over time. There are no pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws. Robert Downey Jr. earned an Academy Award nomination for "Best Actor in a Leading Role" for his performance as Charlie Chaplin.
