All were removed from the 7 push-buttons on an STR-5800SD, and part # from the Service Manual is 845-120-0. The 5800SD and 4800SD used 7 buttons, and the 7800SD and 6800SD used 9 buttons. Pretty sure buyer will need to know how to remove the faceplate of their specific receiver, in order to install any of the CAPS over the push-buttons... they just clamp down over the buttons. These are fragile so must install gently and carefully! At beginning of this listing, there were 7 caps available, so buy 1 or as many as you need based on how many are left/available.
