It comes without any caps, just as pictured. Cosmetic Condition: Lens has been used, it is in an good cosmetic condition. It shows light wear on the lens barrel from use. I don't see anything damaged. Front and rear glass coating has no noticeable scratches. No fungus inside. But I see some light haze. Lens still can be used. Haze does not seems to affect image quality, since there is just a little of it. Lens focus and aperture work well. It has no other issues.
