This is a TS Male 1/4" phone jack to another TS male 1/4" phone jack audio adapter for use to connect guitar effect pedals. This one is offset, to use with pedals (distortion, chorus, delay, etc.) that might fit together better this way. I don't know the brand, but it is a good all metal construction and works great!
