From what I was told, plus what I observed on the original shipping box, this item was used for less than 2 weeks. The electric powerhead has some scuff marks on the top from pushing under furniture that was too low (see pics), some scratching on the bottom (see pic) and some minor paint transfers on the bumper (see pic). There is also some scratching to the extendable wand from insertion (see pics). Both the brushroll on the powerhead, and the twist and turn floor brush, are very, very clean (see pics). The other accessories haven't been used, and are new in manufacturer packaging. The hose sock has been attached to the power hose per included instructions.
