Refunds available for 14 days after receipt (including non-business days) when item is returned in the same condition it was in at time of sale. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless item received is damaged in the mail. Buyer must contact seller within 3 business days of receipt (per tracking information) via email. Buyer pays return postage. If an item is received by buyer damaged in shipping they must provide photos of damage.
