Damages and Issues
Please RECORD your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund or exchange is unacceptable if no recorded video is provided to support the request, due to potential risks of receiving resealed or used items.

Next Exit Fun sells manufactured sealed products, Next Exit Fun is not responsible for any manufactured defects to the packaging or contents. This can include but is not limited too the following:

Small rips to the plastic
Dings on corners
Scuffs to the plastic
Any other imperfections to the packaging material
The contents are packaged by the manufacturer and any indiscretions is out of our control.

Trading cards and products containing trading cards are sold as is. Package condition may vary. ALL TCG products (e.g. booster box, ETB, and collection box, etc) are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

Pre-order items have an expected manufacturer’s release date, this date is not contractual and is only provided as the best estimate for when the items will ship. Preorder sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. This is due to the exclusivity of the item and your purchase is a reservation of the product. Cancellation request after your payment being captured will incur a 10% restocking fee. Orders over $100 will always incur a 10% restocking fee.
