Adapter is in great condition. It works good. It is not damaged in any way. Please note that one of the stickers has been used, so glue is not sticky anymore. You could attach camera with a sticker, or on a tripod head. You get all items pictured, all are Nikon brand. Not sure what camera it was made for, nor if set is complete.
