We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, We accept returns of unused items, you may request a return for your item(s) within 30 days. For merchandise shipped within the USA, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

To begin a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your 1) Order Number 2) Reason for Return 3) Choice of Return, Exchange. A returns fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. There are no fees for Exchange.

Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear or use, or is without original tags, straps or packaging.

Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us. Once your return has been delivered to our returns center, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
