New OEM genuine Toyota Rear Differential (aka Carrier Axle) new never installed - ordered wrong is all. It is not in the original box. Comes as shown, no front coupler with it (it is sold separate). This is 2.28 ratio which is standard on all models except 2019-2023 Rav4 - i attached a photo of the 2.24 ratio axle which is totally different. Fits: 2015-2017 NX200t ???????2018-2021 NX300 2006-2018 Rav4 all models, gas not Hybrid 2019-2023 Rav4 gas motor, not Hybrid - 2.28 ratio only (see photo of 2.24 ratio unit) Please contact us with any questions!!
