Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, including the return authorization number issued at approval of your request. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return. We recommend you use a shipping service, that provides tracking information on the returned parcel.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
