Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to provide photos or videos of the damaged item to verify the damage. If photos alone cannot adequately demonstrate the damage, please upload a video showing the issue.

Return Process

If you decide to return the damaged item, it must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be issued. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

Refund, Resend, or Return Acceptance

Orders Delayed: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will offer a refund or resend the order, based on your preference.
Orders Not Received: If your order is not received within the specified timeframe, we will promptly refund your payment or resend the order, as per your choice.
Products Damaged: In the case of products arriving damaged, we will offer a refund or resend a replacement item, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
Incorrect or Missing Products: If you receive an incorrect item or if any products are missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or provide a refund for the missing items.
Orders Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped, please notify us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund without any cancellation fees.
