If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable and buyer must pay for return shipment & 30% Restocking fee will be deducted before any refund.
Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized/ customized are not eligible for return.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once the return has been received at our main office.
Exchanges are available on items that have been not personalizes or customised within 15 days.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 Hours for Full Refund.
Special Conditions
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, we reserve the right to not refund the following:
