All Products MUST be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to credit your credit card. All products returned may be subject to a 45% stocking charge. Positively no refund after 30 days.
Defective items will be exchanged for the same item after the return of the item.
Absolutely no returns on opened ink.
Any item received DAMAGED or not in a saleable condition or missing ink, leaking ink inside the box, missing accessories, manuals, parts, modified, tampered with, misused in any way will not qualify for a refund.
