If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products you may return them within 30 days of purchase, and we will cheerfully issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees).

You must notify us (by e-mail) strictly within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any product damage inside the packaging. We will advise you what to do to get the goods back to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible, once we have received the goods back from you.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, Herbal New Zealand will refund your transaction in full.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Orders refused at delivery will not be refunded.
