Item description

Fresh Tone Citrus Musk Festival Luxor Egypt Isra and Mi'raj Isra and Mi'raj, also known as Al Isra' wal Miraj, is observed on the 27th day of the month of Rajab, the seventh month in the Islamic calendar. This event marks the night that (God) took Prophet (also known as Mohamed or Muhammed) on a journey from Mecca to Jerusalem and then to heaven. The Prophet traveled from Mecca to Jerusalem, To get to his destinations, he rode Al-Buraq, a heavenly animal that was smaller than a mule but bigger than a donkey. He was given the gift of prayer by God. When he returned to Mecca, he accurately described a caravan that was headed to Mecca from Jerusalem to show the Quraish that he had been there. Although the exact date of Laulatul Miraj is unknown, most believe it fell on 27 Rajab. Masjid al Buraq: Place Where Prophet PBUH Tied His Buraq On Miraj Night Buraq is the name of the animal with the help of which Prophet (PBUH) was raised from Jerusalem towards the Heavens. As mentioned in a Hadiths, it has wings and is white-colored. Also, it has a medium height and a great speed. Masjid Al Buraq is the location where Buraq was tied by our Prophet (PBUH), after which. the Masjid was named Al Buraq. The wall where it was tied is named Buraq Wall. Buraq Wall, for on the other side is where the Prophet (?) tied the Buraq, the riding animal upon which he rode during the Night of Ascension (Mi’raj). The month of Al-Isra and Al-Miraj Some biographers argue that the event of the Prophet’s journey from Makkah to Jerusalem and his ascension to Heaven, better known as Al-Isra and Al-Miraj, took place on the 27th of Rajab. What Do People Do? Customs around Isra and Mi'raj vary between different ICommunities. Some people spend the evening or night listening to or studying the story of Isra and Mi'raj in a mosque or at home. They may also decorate their homes or communities with candles or small electric lights and share food, particularly sweets, with each other or prepare a communal meal.
