No memory included. The battery may need to be replaced. It goes to max zoom in without being touched and I'm not sure what the issue may be. No returns as is Please thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is not as represented please contact us ASAP to facilitate a return or an otherwise acceptable resolution to your satisfaction. If a new item is returned used, we will charge a restocking fee. Items sold for parts will not be accepted for return.
