Note: my templates are all in English and I design them in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers) and so you will need either MS Access 2010 or later, or the free MS Access runtime to open this. Now for the main features: - Easy to use with basic forms to keep it simple to add employee records. You can link a photo to each employee; - Log and track holiday days used, sick leave or other absences on the absence calendar; - Record training completed and the next due dates to see when training is due for your employees; - Keep a record of reviews and next review dates; - Create links to important external documents for an employee for example you can link a CV to their record; - Easily add and view reminders; - Store an internal job history of your employees; - Print or export reports; - Free email support provided where possible within 21 days of purchase; - Note: Some features may not work if using Access runtime. *** Thanks for looking.
