You are purchasing this Control and display panel as shown in Pictures. Selling for parts, I have plugged in and show digital output! As you can see the lights come on but the communications cable not connected abnd I cannot test, it may or maynot work fine, but it came from scale systeme that was working and decommissioning! Please Refer to pictures, AS AS. The circuit Board ID numbers are PC 993B, S/N 024303-C, GSE 420993-40649, and PC 951 420951. There are no returns so please see pictures.
