Frankoma 5th Issue 1975 Signers of the Declaration of Independence - Symbols of Freedom This is the fifth and final issue of Frankoma's "Signers of the Declaration of Independence" Collector Plates. This one is dated 1976 and signed by John Frank. The back of the plate has all the signers signature around the edge of the plate. There are two holes made in the plate for easy hanging. This plate is Bi-Centennial Celebration Symbols of Freedom' which is at the top at the top and 'United States of America' at the bottom of the plate. In relief around the plates are depictions of historical Symbols of Freedom- such as: The Constitution Liberty Bell Minute Man 1779-1976 AmericanEagle At the bottom is a picture of "George Washington" in relief.
