Gears are checked and replaced as needed (for additional cost) to meet original factory specs. Case refilled with NEW oil and checked for proper operation. All E and EX Models come with NEW Turntable Drive Motor - Wiring Harness - Forward Reverse Switch. All Air Motors are disassembled - Cleaned - NEW Vanes - Bearings - Seals replaced and repainted. One-way Flow Valves Reassembled - Torque and PSI settings tested to original factory specs. NEW 4-way Valves replaced to provide function of the Table Rotation - Bead Breaker System - Table Clamp Movement. Table disassembled - all moving parts readjusted and lubricated. We reset Carriers and Jaws. Tabletop cylinder and Bead Loosening Cylinders are disassembled. NEW Plungers and Seals installed, both cylinders are reassembled and tested to factory psi settings Cylinder Sleeves are replaced as needed for additional cost.
