Castleton China USA Two Salad Plates "Forever After" pattern Here are two beautiful Salad / Luncheon Plates from Castleton China USA. They are the "Forever After" Pattern. They are white with a platinum border at edge and at the verge. In between this is decoration of blue flowers with a raised yellow dot in the middle and green leaves. There is a gray bow between each bunch on flowers. An elegant looking pattern. They measure 8 1/4 inches in diameter. Pattern discontinued between 1968 and 1970.
