It's in very good used condition and will give someone a long life of music from their digital horn! This is a genuine Casio part from the 1980's. There are some marks on it from previous use, but no cracks or major damage. This one is the type that has a round insert in the center of it, that fits into the opening of the horn. According to info I've read, the Casio models DH-100, DH-200, DH-500, and DH-800 can use this mouthpiece.
