Vintage original 27x41 in. US one-sheet poster from the hit 1980's sex-themed comedy/romance, CLASS, released in 1983 by Orion Pictures Corporation and directed by Lewis John Carlino. A young man (Andrew McCarthy) in private school spends one crazy night out, but soon realizes the woman he hooked up (Jacqueline Bisset) with is not who he expected. The film features Rob Lowe, Cliff Robertson, Stuart Margolin, and John Cusack, among others. The image features great artwork depicting handsome prep school student Skip (Rob Lowe) seated on a couch next to his mother, Ellen (Jacqueline Bisset), while she plays barefoot footsie with young Jonathan (Andrew McCarthy), who is Skip's roommate, as he sits naked while wearing just a tie! Unrestored and folded as originally issued, this vintage original one-sheet is in very fine+ condition without any pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws. Class marked the debut in a filmed production for actors Andrew McCarthy, John Cusack, and Virginia Madsen. For actors Alan Ruck and Rob Lowe, this 1983 movie was the second feature film audiences saw them in, both their first films having also being released earlier in the same 1983 year. And the picture was the debut cinema movie of actress Lolita Davidovich who had previously appeared on television. The DVD sleeve notes incorrectly state that the film was Rob Lowe's debut, Lowe having previously been seen in Francis Ford Coppola's The Outsiders (1983). According to the '80s Rewind' website, apparently, "at one point during filming, [actor] Rob Lowe allegedly threatened to quit the movie unless he was allowed to appear in a scene totally naked in a bathtub full of baked beans. The director [Lewis John Carlino] refused, but did manage to finally lure Lowe back to the set."
