Option 1: Use a 2mm Allen Key to pull radio forward, then push your HVAC forward with your finger. It will come right out! Requires ~1 minute. Option 2: You can also pop your unit out by sliding your On Board Computer out from the bottom. Push your Climate Control unit forward using your fingers. 2.. Disconnect all wiring. The blue harness has an arm that will swing upward when the back 'button' is pushed in softly. 3.. You will receive mailing instructions via email after the service is bought and paid for. Please take your part securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in. I will have your climate control Returned Same Day!!
