This sheet is a 6" x 9" size thick paper quick look-up info type reference card, which has the Quadraverb GT Quick Set Up instructions on one side, and the Demostration Programs on the other side. It's in very good + condition with no rips or tears. I will ship it out between 2 pieces of cardboard. This is a manual or document, this is NOT a piece of equipment or instrument.
