If the item happens to be not as described then please return item with the original packaging and with full insurance and tracking. The item is to be marked as a “RETURNED ITEM” on the paperwork, the cost of the item and shipping expenses will be fully refunded once we receive the item. If a buyer “changes their mind/not happy” they can return the item, shipping costs will be at the buyers expense.
