These were from a military contractor. still in bags, SEALED While they mostly were new, unused, they all were put in a bulk container and some scratches etc, some did go through the "tinning" process where solder is applied to the back side terminal "cups" many had some wrapping or protective plastic caps, (now gone) so the pins are not damaged. Some also have some light handling marks, etc Look at ALL pictures, if there are any that look unacceptable for your application, ask prior to buying, so we can verify which ones we have left.
