This listing is for four pieces of mostly sought Fairchild19N20C power MOSFET for audio amplifier output stage application. This mosfet has been end-of-life for a few years but have been going after by people for its superior performance to the popular IRFP240 in terms of input capacitance. Lower input capacitance allows the driving stage to have a lighter loading at high frequency and thus a more extended frequency response. The four parts are tightly matched for diy audiophile projects. For tightly matched we are referring to the below criterion : 1. The four pieces have to be from the same batch ; 2. The four pieces have Vgs matched to +/-15mV variation with the same drain current.
