Vintage original 27x40 in. double-sided US advance one-sheet poster from the smash 2000's musical biopic, DREAMGIRLS, released in 2006 by Paramount Pictures and directed by Bill Condon. Based on the original Broadway production book by Tom Eyen, a trio of black female soul singers cross-over to the pop charts in the early 1960's, facing their own personal struggles along the way. The cast includes Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé Knowles, Eddie Murphy, Jennifer Hudson, Anika Noni Rose, and Danny Glover. This double-sided advance one-sheet poster was issued for display inside of a light box at theaters before the film was released. Unrestored and rolled as originally issued, it is in fine+ condition with light signs of random wear along the sides edges and on the bottom corners. There are also some very small scattered creases from handling over time. The beautiful color tints are fresh and vibrant without any signs of fading. For her performance as Effie White, singer Jennifer Hudson won an Academy Award for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role."
