It is made of 100% polyester, both lining and shell, and are a very navy blue color, with a lighter blue trim, but are a bit faded. They are in very good condition, with only light wear, and no holes or tears. There are some very light stains on the back that should come out in the wash, and the very bottom of the cuffed hems are a bit worn. They are 11" across the elastic waist, 30" from waist to hem, and 21" inseam. They are a nice pair of track pants, could be worn by boys or girls, and still have a lot of wear left in them.
