Antique Real Photo Postcard, circa pre-1920. Looking over Deerfield Valley toward Mt. Monadnock, New Hampshire from the Mohawk Trail. Photo by Charles R. Canedy of North Adams, Massachusetts. Card No. COPR.55. Divided back, CYKO stampbox, unused. Condition: This is an original photo postcard, not a copy or reproduction. It is in excellent condition aside from a tiny arrow someone placed to locate Mount Monadnock. Comments: Mount Monadnock, or Grand Monadnock, is a mountain in the New England state of New Hampshire, known for being featured in the writings of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau. It is the most prominent mountain peak in southern New Hampshire and is the highest point in Cheshire County.
