No scratches, or fleabites. One foot was broken off and repaired. This can be positioned behind on display. There is crazing inside and outside. There is also some pieces broken off on one corner of the lid, and another corner is chipped. There could be other chipped areas, but the lid is so intricate they are hard to find. This is a beautiful square Floral Trinket Box made in Bossano, Italy. The base and lid were poured into a mold, and the flowers were added later by hand. Though it has several broken and chipped areas, it still has a presence that seems to have an old world flavor. An excellent candidate for a curio cabinet.
