TurboTax Deluxe 2010 opened but not used and 49 similar items

I spent $49.99 for this 2010 edition of TurboTax Deluxe only to learn very soon that I need the business version. So it has been opened, but it is not currently installed on a computer and you can legally install and use it. The salesman at Staples was very clear that it can't be returned once the jewel case is opened. My loss is your gain. I'm willing to let it go for half the retail price. All items I sell are from a smoke-free environment. I always ship items the next business day following payment. I accept PayPal, Google Checkout and money orders. I never charge an additional packaging fee, handling fee, materials fee, fuel surcharge fee or any other hidden fee after the sale ends. I am only able to ship to the 50 United States.
