About the item: Measuring approximately 8 1/2 by 11 3/4 inches, this Des Taylor's Trinity Collection features 56 pages of DC's greatest heroes as they were meant to be- dynamic, charming, iconic. Signed by hand by the artist, Des Taylor, it is from a very limited print run of only 50 produced (and this is an Artist Proof - the first one! - number AP1). A few sample pages from inside the book are shown for reference. The book has some wear (fine/vf), but not beat up - mostly scuffing spots on its front and back cover. It will be shipped with the utmost care. Please note- the signature is real. It is the actual, hand-signed signature of Taylor. It is not a pre-printed image in the print. About the artist: From London, England, pop artist Des Taylor's resume includes a wide range of retro-style inspired art, including his design of Mezco's Superman Fleischer Studios-inspired playset, various DC Bombshells variant covers, his own creator-owned comic series' Scarlett Couture, The Vesha Valentine Story, The Trouble With Katie Rogers, and The Blue Lotus Adventures, as well as artwork for Dr Who and Archie Comics. Other clients include Michael Jackson, Universal Music, DC Entertainment, and Cosmopolitan, among many others. Exhibits of his work include Las Vegas, Paris, and Munich as well as numerous other cities as part of Star Trek's 50th Anniversary Exhibition, which included Taylor's TOS-inspired "Logic and Laughs" illustration.
